Located next to Canning Town station in London (UK), the Hallsville regeneration project consists of five phases.
The first phase is a mixed-use space comprising residential homes; both private and shared ownership, an apartment complex, retail and communal shared space.
The second phase is primarily residential and includes a number of Built-to-Rent units (operated by Grainger). The third phase will include a large portion of retail together with additional residential units. The fourth and fifth phase will include student bedrooms and office spaces.
Promoting a sense of balanced community, all buildings have a similar external appearance regardless of whether they house private or affordable homes.
